1General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and x33333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, and promotional offers available on the x33333 website, accessible at x33333.app ("the Site"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the x33333 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any translation or interpretation inconsistency, the English version shall prevail in all cases. All communications between x33333 and players — including support correspondence, bonus communications, account notifications, and policy updates — are conducted exclusively in English.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

7Prohibited Conduct

x33333 employs advanced fraud detection systems and actively monitors all account activity for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will not be eligible for refund of any funds held at the time of account closure, with the exception of amounts provably deposited in good faith and not associated with fraudulent activity.

8Account Suspension and Closure

x33333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• The player has made a self-exclusion request or has been identified through responsible gaming monitoring as presenting a risk of gambling harm.
• x33333 is required to close the account for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their x33333 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. All pending withdrawals will be processed prior to final account closure. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Players are encouraged to consider using the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools available in account settings before requesting permanent account closure, as these options can be reversed after a defined period whereas permanent closure is irreversible.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. x33333 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via email before applying any dormancy-related administration fee.
